Why is it important for digital entrepreneurs to focus on a niche?
For digital entrepreneurs, focusing on a niche is essential for success. It is important because it makes it easier to identify the most effective methods for reaching a target audience and engaging with customers. This allows entrepreneurs to maximize their efforts, reach the most potential customers, and increase their chances of success.
Here are the steps you need to follow:
1. Explain why Green Cards To Greenbacks is doing a monthly live show.
2. Discuss how to build a personal brand while working for a corporation
3. How to create social media content that actually converts.
1. Why Green Cards To Greenbacks is doing a live show
This episode is the first live episode of the Green Cards to Greenbacks Show. The goal of the live show is to provide a safe, judgment-free space for people to come and talk about money, their dreams, and their successes.
2. Discuss how to build a personal brand while working for a corporation
Building a personal brand while working for a corporation can be tricky, but it can be done. It is important to consider if the brand you are building is in direct competition or conflict with your current employer. If so, you may need to take a more creative route and assume an anonymous identity. If there is no conflict, it is up to you to decide how much you want to disclose to your employer.
The best way to build a personal brand is to lean into what makes you unique. You can use your culture and identity to stand out from the crowd.
3. How to create social media content that actually converts.
Jannese loves to follow a framework that spells out the word TIME when creating intentional social media content that actually converts.
T stands for transformation. People buy transformations. When you see an outfit in a store or a pair of shoes or makeup or whatever, you get emotionally attached to like, oh my God, my life is going to be so much better after I get this thing right.
Understanding the psychology of marketing is super important. Showing how whatever it is that you have to offer can transform somebody’s life. Whether that is by you sharing your own testimony of how the things that you’ve been able to accomplish have come from a result of what you’re now teaching, or if you share client testimonials, that’s very impactful, and that’s how you start to build trust as an authority.
I stands for inform. Being a source of information builds your platform as a brand to be trusted, right? So being the person that has breaking news or something similar is critical. When people see you being that source of information, they’re like, oh, I want to keep following this person because they’re actually keeping me informed. I can trust them.
M stands for motivational. There’s nobody in the world that doesn’t love to be motivated on the Internet, so sharing motivational content is always really impactful.
E stands for entertaining. This is what I’m asking you to lean into your identity. If you’re funny, be funny. If you love to dance, go dance.
By focusing on transformation, information, motivation, and entrainment, you can create a social media presence and following that can support your dream of digital entrepreneurship.
